We would like to express our respect and sincere appreciation for the efforts of all those concerned in the Government of Japan that have led to the establishment of anti-circumvention measures for anti-dumping duties.

From the perspective of enhancing the effectiveness of the anti-dumping duty system, which is expected to be utilized more extensively in the future, and ensuring a truly fair competitive environment, the Japanese steel industry strongly expects that the smooth and appropriate operation of this newly established system will contribute to deterring unfair imports.
